When he is not locking in rates for clients, you'll find him coaching Varsity baseball at a local high school.

Shauna joined Pacific Community Lender in 2016, following her father Mike Nelson into the business after years of watching him work with families. As both a loan processor and originator, Shauna handles her clients from first application through closing day, so nothing gets lost in the handoff. Her focus is on building relationships that last beyond a single loan.

A Solano County local since the age of five, Eric brings over 12 years of mortgage experience across both retail lending and brokerage space. Before entering the mortgage industry, he spent several years as a first responder, serving in law enforcement, firefighting, and as an EMT. Those experiences shaped a commitment to integrity, clear communication, and staying calm under pressure which Eric brings to every client interaction today. Known for a well-rounded and solutions-focused approach, Eric also draws on the creative and strategic thinking he uses to operate his own local marketing company, The Creative Collective. When not locking in rates for clients, you'll find him coaching his youngest daughter's softball team, spending time with family, and keeping up with their energetic French Bulldog.
